28 Days Of Loving Kindness
The lovely Jamie wrote a fabulous blog yesterday about the act of love. She gave examples on what constitutes as an act of love (a kiss, a hug, a kind word or even cooking breakfast for someone just because). You yourself can define what your act of love will be. I love this idea very much and it fell into place wonderfully. I was going to dedicate this months blog posts to love anyway, so this just sweetened the pot! Each day this month I'm going to commit an act of love and document it here. I'm so excited about this, because I love doing things like this!
Yesterday, I shared a bowl of fresh carrots with my puppy son Jasper. He LOVES carrots and he wouldn't move until I gave in. LOL So, we sat there together and enjoyed our carrots. :)
Everyone in my family knows I would give the shirt off of my back, but there is one item I find myself being selfish about and that's my Crystal Light. :) I am head over heels in love with Crystal Light! Yesterday, I was introduced to a new flavor called "Natural Strawberry Banana." OMG! This drink is Heaven in a bottle! LOL
Well, my daughter had some and went crazy for it. Oh Pooh! Today, hubby went to Wal-Mart and purchased a few more boxes and as my act of love I gave my baby girl her very own box.
She in NO WAY wanted to pose for me, so this is the best I could do. She refused my request of jumping for joy. I guess that would only be fitting for me as I am the Crystal Light junkie. LOL
I shall return tomorrow with a brand new act of love!

Tabitha you are already so loving you will need THREE BLOGS just to document it all!!! It seems to me you just walk in a cloud of kindness that envelopes everyone around you.
ReplyDeleteThat is so wonderful!
ReplyDeleteI love this idea...love is action and I can't wait to hear about all your acts of love. I agree--Crystal Light is so yummy.

ReplyDeleteI haven't seen that flavor on the shelf but I will have to try it! :) My dog likes grapes... isn't that crazy? I have never heard of a dog eating grapes. Carrots I knew one dog that ate them but I still think its funny!
