This week's question from the lovely Jamie over at Starshyne Productions asks:
What do you wish to clear out?
I wish to clear any and all toxins from my body.
I wish to clear out any extra weight I hold on my body. (20 lbs need to go)
Today I'm Grateful:
That my list is very short
For a brand new day
For caring doctors
That I'm brave enough to be my own advocate
For the laughter I share with Princess Charlie
That I am loved and can truly feel it
(even through a computer)
☺
Dear One:
ReplyDeleteYou are the one whose example I need to recall. You were the only one so far, to make your wish hyper powerful by also including what is right and requires gratitude. The Universe only whispers back when we demonstrate right thinking. I am humbled by your lesson today. Thank you!
As Tabitha wishes, I lovingly and with intention wish for her, also!
Bright Blessings on you this day.
As Holly wishes, I wish for her also.
ReplyDeleteAnd for losing weight I can recommend from personal experience, the No Diet Diet by Professor Ben Fletcher, Dr Karen Pine, and Dr Danny Penman - who are all researchers in a small British university. They found that the only real difference between fat people and thin are their ability to shake off habits - and the book is all about that and nothing about changing your food or exercising - absolutely brilliant. And fun!
As Tabitha wishes for herself, so I wish for her as well.
ReplyDeleteBlessings. :-)

ReplyDeleteoooh I love, love, love all these women whispering "as Tabitha wishes for herself, so I wish for her also"
ReplyDeleteWhat fabulous whispers!
Praise Theos your list is indeed short. I love the quote, "this work is simple but not easy." And so it is.
I do not know if you see a natural healer. I know two, both women who follow the maker and Christ his son and believe we were made to be whole, and as such, whole-ly made our bodies hold secrets to our own healing. These are things I have learned from them, stop and listen. Your body can tell you what makes it sicker, what makes it closer to well. Read "Eat right 4 your blood type" "Hormone Heresy" and Dr. Lee's books. Use - natural, plant based hormones. use: teas "traditional medicinals" are fabulous(!) and plant extract oils. Use reflexology. If possible find an N.D. to consult.
Often toxins are related to liver which is also related to "great sorrow" in ancient medicines. Letting go of great sorrow can be helpful in cleansing.
It is a life long journey.
