I found this quick recipe via Youtube and I just had to try it.
Let me tell you guys it was indeed Yummy!
I was so excited that I forgot to sprinkle the pecans on top. lol
Ingredients:
Pineapple
Brown Sugar
Ice Cream
Pecans or any nuts
Directions:
1. In a baking pan add 1/4 cup of melted butter
2. Place pineapple on top of butter
3. Sprinkle brown sugar over pineapple
4. Bake at 400 for 30 minutes or until golden brown
5. Plate pineapple, then place ice cream on top
6. Sprinkle nuts & syrup from pan on top of ice cream
