Last week I tried this amazing idea I found in a recipe magazine and it was Amazing!! It was so yummy and filling AND it was a huge hit with the family! It is simply a healthier take on pizza. It's a portabella mushroom pizza.
How I Prepared:
--Wipe off mushrooms with damp towel
--Cut off stem
--Fill mushroom with 2 tablespoons of salsa or pasta sauce
--Top with green onions, chopped bell peppers, shredded chicken and a tbsp of shredded cheese
--Bake on 375 for 10 to 12 minutes
