This weekend was simply amazing! I didn't log into this blog nor did I check email and I must admit it felt good! This entire weekend was spent with hubby and Princess Charlie. On Saturday we went to see "The Last Air Bender" and it was phenomenal!! Before the movie started we walked over to Chili's for a little bite. The food was delicious and being with my honeys made me feel blissful. After the movie we took a trip to Target to get some delicious Pepperidge Farm cookies and Worther's original candy...Heaven!
Sunday after eating a delicious rib dinner (cooked by hubby) we headed back to the movie theater to see "Eclipse." I SO loved it and so did PC!! I'm not a big fan of Bella, but I love the Cullens and the wolves. :)
I want to clear the air a bit before I log off. I want to make it clear that I am in no way sad about how many comments I do or do not receive. I am not here for that at all. What I meant was the blogging community use to be so helpful to one another. I've met some BEAUTIFUL beings through blogging and I will cherish them forever. But I also see a trend that is simply not attractive. I write about my journey with God. I write about family and our mission to uplift others. Not many want to read that anymore and I'm totally okay with that. But, I WILL keep writing about those things, because they are a huge part of who I am. I will not allow others behaviors to alter my life, beliefs or words. Choosing bliss is a way of life for me and without God there is no bliss. My blog...My views (I'm just sayin')
Tabitha,
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you had such a lovely weekend. We all need that some times. I too find the blog world changing and I have not been blogging anywhere near as long as you. I love hearing what you have to say--in many ways, you say things that I have been thinking but don't have the ability to put into words--did that even make sense?! Your posts always make me stop and think and that's a good thing.
I hope you do continue to blog because you truly do help me---and I thank you for that. Take care and I hope you continue to feel better.
Go get 'em, Tabitha!
ReplyDeleteI hope more people will discover your blog. I know if they did they would be uplifted by your words and actions. You are not all about comments at all, but are very giving and uplifting in nature and we need MORE of that in the blog world!
This is my first visit here, and I encourage you to keep on writing what you want to write. Don't let anyone drag you down, you are right to choose God and to journey along the path of Jesus.
